About the ranking: sound data and clear evaluation criteria
The WirtschaftsWoche ranking involved examining 920 consulting firms, and surveying around 3,000 decision-makers on how satisfied they were with the services provided by the HR consultancies they had commissioned. The surveys aimed to collect qualified customer feedback on the quality, application and specialisation of the consultancy services. The 2025 ranking focused on the extent to which HR consultancies provide strategic support to companies, how promptly and efficiently they fill critical key positions, how they respond to complex requirements on an individual basis, and the sustainability and trustworthiness of the collaboration between consultants and clients. Liebich & Partner performed well in all these areas and once again clearly positioned itself among the leaders.
